Door-to-door collecting

In addition to container collections, we also organize door-to-door collections in selected cities, which we will inform you about in advance by means of a flyer delivered to your mailbox. The flyer contains all the necessary information, as well as the date and time of the event and contact details for our toll-free info line and website.

As with container collections, it is advisable to pack textiles in plastic bags or sacks to prevent damage, for example due to bad weather. Place the bags of clothing in a visible place in front of your house, where they will be collected by our staff on the date and at the time specified on the leaflet.

Household collections usually take place from morning to afternoon, with several of our vehicles traveling around the selected area to gradually collect the bags that have been put out.

As we often receive inquiries about clothing that has not been collected in the morning, please remember that we cannot be in all places at the same time. Depending on the size of the selected location, some collections may continue into the evening hours.

Despite the best efforts of our crews, it sometimes happens that we overlook a bag of clothing. In such a case, please contact us on our toll-free line, where we will arrange for its removal upon agreement.
